MY APPROACH
I use a cognitive behavioural therapy framework to address and adjust maladaptive thought patterns and to replace them with more helpful coping skills. I combine self-compassion focused therapy techniques to reduce shame and judgement which are often internalized as a result of our experiences. I will meet you at the beginning, middle or end of your healing journey and provide a person-centered approach that meets your needs and goals.
